If you are an adult interested in becoming Catholic or would like to be baptized, make your First Holy Communion, and/or be confirmed, RCIA is for you!
What is the RCIA?
RCIA stands for Rite of Christian Initiation of Adults. It is a process through which men and women enter into full communion with the Catholic Church. It includes several stages marked by study, prayer, and rites at Mass. Participants in the RCIA are called either catechumens or candidates (depending on where they are on their faith journey). They undergo a process of conversion as they study the Gospel, profess faith in Jesus and the Catholic Church, and receive the sacraments of Baptism, Confirmation and/or Holy Eucharist. The RCIA process follows the ancient practice of the Church dating back to the apostles. RCIA formation in English starts on Sept. 11, 2022, in room 109 immediately following the 10:30 Mass. Everyone interested is welcome.
