The Parish Choir is a mixed SATB ensemble that ministers at the 11:30 AM Mass most Sundays. The Choir also sings for special liturgies such as Christmas, the Easter Triduum, and Confirmation. The repertoire includes traditional hymns and chants, sacred choral music (old and new), and the best of contemporary liturgical composition. Rehearsals are held in the choir room on Wednesdays from 7:30 – 9:00 pm, September through the end of May. All adults and high school age students who are committed and have a pleasant singing voice are welcome to join us.
The Children’s Choir sings once a month for the 9:30 AM Sunday Mass, rehearsing at 8:30 AM immediately before the Mass. The Children’s Choir also sings for the Christmas Eve and Easter Sunday Masses. Extra rehearsals are required for these Masses.
The bell choir is directed by John Pritchett and plays for liturgies regularly throughout the year, including at Christmas and Easter. The parish is blessed with three octaves of Schulmerich bells.
The Spanish Choir sings at the Spanish language Masses.
